For some time we have been working out how to make Leu's community income accessible to more people. Over the last year, we have always had our meetings at 12:50pm. We are aware that the perfect system and time does not exist. However, after talking to participants, outsiders and interested people, we have talked a lot about the time of the meetings. We have now decided that from 5 September onwards we will hold the meetings at 6 pm.
Demurrage Adjustments and Cycles from 6pm

We are constantly working to make the Leu platform safer, faster and more user-friendly. Together, we are shaping the future of digital currency. We have made two big changes to our system. First, the demurrage will be adjusted. In addition, we plan to host Cycles from 6pm from 21.07. The Encointer association supports this change, as this will make it easier for working people to receive their income after work at the meeting points.
Reputation and endorsement

Leu contains one or two technical keywords. On the one hand, Leu users have a reputation that indicates how well the system already knows the account. On the other hand, in connection with the reputation, there is the possibility to endorse fellow human beings, so that people who are new to the project are recognised by the system and can participate in a secure way. It is like a small Leu dictionary of its own, more detailed information can be found per the link.
Job offer (20-40 percent)
We are always looking for new people to help us further establish Leu in Zurich. Do you like making contact with new people? Would you like to work for a young project with an experimental character? Are you interested in topics like circular economy and basic income? If these questions have piqued your interest, then get in touch with us. We are looking for sales talents for Leu who want a flexible part-time job. The leu is the first digital local currency for Zurich and is accepted in the first pioneering businesses. Now we want to attract even more businesses.
